These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Arabian Events furniture rental services and website (eventfurnitureksa.com). By submitting an enquiry or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Our Services

Arabian Events provides premium furniture and decor rental services for weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, and special occasions across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and surrounding cities. Our services include delivery, professional setup, and post-event collection of rented furniture.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed order confirmation and deposit payment. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a binding booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to secure your booking date.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
  • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, SADAD, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of deposit.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 30+ days before event: Full deposit refund, less a 10% administration fee.
  • 15–29 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded.
  • 7–14 days before event: No refund of deposit; full balance waived.
  • Less than 7 days before event: Full order value is due with no refund.

Arabian Events reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, venue inaccessibility, etc.) and will offer a full refund or reschedule in such cases.

5. Delivery, Setup & Collection

  • Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible at the agreed time. Delays caused by the client may incur additional charges.
  • All furniture must be available for collection at the agreed time after the event. Extended hire periods must be agreed in advance and may incur additional fees.

6. Damage, Loss & Liability

  • All rented items remain the property of Arabian Events at all times.
  • The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items from the time of delivery until collection.
  • Damage assessments will be carried out upon collection. The cost of repair or replacement will be invoiced to the client at full replacement value.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required for high-value items and will be returned within 7 business days of collection, less any damage deductions.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the venue has adequate space, access, and appropriate flooring for the rented furniture.
  • Provide accurate event details (date, time, guest count, venue address) at the time of booking.
  • Ensure rented items are protected from rain, extreme heat, or other environmental hazards if used outdoors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arabian Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our furniture or services. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total order value paid by the client.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
